UNITED DEBT COLLECTIONS GRANTS YOU THE RIGHT TO ESTABLISH AN ACCOUNT THROUGH THIS SITE UPON THE CONDITION THAT YOU ACCEPT ALL OF THE TERMS CONTAINED IN THIS AGREEMENT. PLEASE READ THE TERMS OF SERVICE CAREFULLY. BY CLICKING ON ‘YES’ YOU ARE INDICATING THAT YOU ACCEPT THE TERMS OF SERVICE. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THESE TERMS, THEN UNITED DEBT COLLECTIONS IS UNWILLING TO GRANT YOU RIGHTS TO ESTABLISH AN ACCOUNT . 1.Upon placement of a claim(s), where a DEBTOR OWES FUNDS TO CLIENT, United Debt Collections (UDC) will use its best efforts to expeditiously collect the claim on behalf of CLIENT. UDC agrees to charge a commission only on funds actually paid by DEBTOR to UDC or client and not the actual amount owed, subject to the provisions of paragraphs 4, 5, 7, and 9 below. 2. CLIENT warrants the validity, amount and authenticity of all claims and accounts placed with UDC for collection. Upon request by UDC, CLIENT agrees to forward documentation to UDC to prove the amount and authenticity of the claim when requested. 3. UDC shall notify CLIENT of any settlement offers received by UDC and no settlement shall be accepted by UDC without CLIENT’S express consent. 4. CLIENT may withdraw a claim placed with UDC only where a) there has been no activity on the account in the preceding (60) days and (b) the claim is not in litigation or involved in an insolvency proceeding. All withdrawals must be done via email to info@uniteddebtonline.com by CLIENT and any commission due and payable to UDC must be paid before the claim is deemed withdrawn. Any claim cancelled by CLIENT while payments are being made by DEBTOR will be billed by UDC for the full anticipated commission due UDC on the entire amount of the original claim assigned to UDC. There is a fee of 15% of the principal balance of the account for administrative, initiation and clerical expense on all accounts withdrawn by the CLIENT not in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 4a and 4b. 5.CLIENT shall report all direct payments made by DEBTOR to CLIENT to UDC within (3) business days of receipt of payment by CLIENT via email to info@uniteddebtonline.com and the commission due UDC on the direct payment shall be remitted to UDC within (21) days. 6. All claims placed with UDC by CLIENT shall be billed at the following rates for any and all funds collected by UDC on the behalf of CLIENT: Commercial collections $1 - $500 Principal Balance..............50% $501 - $3,000 Principal Balance..........30% $3,001 or Greater Principal Balance......20% Claims Over 1 year in Age................50% Returned Merchandise.....................30% of billed value Claims already paid or placed in error...15% Claims submitted to Attorney.............25% of monies recovered plus attorney fees Any merchandise returned to CLIENT after initial contact by UDC shall entitle UDC to a commission equal to 30% of the billed value. Consumer collections $1 - $500................................50% $501 or Greater..........................30% Claims Over 1 year in Age................50% Claims already paid or placed in error...15% Claims submitted to Attorney.............25% of monies recovered plus attorney fees 7. If CLIENT engaged DEBTOR in collection efforts which resulted in the initiation of legal action prior to entering into this contract, or DEBTOR already filed for bankruptcy, UDC shall be entitled to 15% of the principal balance of the account for administrative, initiation and clerical expenses. 8. Any claim, regardless of age that requires litigation shall be collected at a rate of 25% of monies recovered plus attorney costs. 9. Any claim placed with UDC by CLIENT that is discovered to have been previously paid by DEBTOR or placed by CLIENT error will be billed by UDC to client at a rate of 15% of the claim as an administrative, clerical and initiation fee. 10. UDC shall account to CLIENT on a monthly basis all funds collected by UDC for CLIENT’S behalf and all remittances and /or invoices will be sent at this time. 11.CLIENT grants to UDC and any attorney or collection firm that UDC may forward clients case to express authority to endorse and negotiate any check, draft or other negotiable instrument made payable to CLIENT for deposit in trust for distribution to CLIENT after deducting the commission and fees due UDC under this agreement. 12. CLIENT understands that UDC may at their discretion forward a case or a claim to an outside law firm or collection network to assist in the recovery of said account and hereby grants UDC permission to do so. It is further understood that CLIENT must give UDC approval in the event that such a transfer will result in additional charges. 13. In no event shall UDC be liable in any respect for the inability to collect any account placed with UDC by CLIENT for collection. It is understood and agreed that UDC is not a guarantor of any specific result on accounts placed by CLIENT. 14. UDC agrees and shall hold harmless CLIENT from any claim, demand, action done or failing to be done by UDC in connection with the collection of any claim(s) placed with UDC by CLIENT for collection. 15. This agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida In the event that any provision hereof is found to be invalid or unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed to be severed and removed and the remaining provisions shall remain valid and in full effect.

Primary Placements

Primary placements are defined as accounts that have never been placed with a collection agency by Client or any prior holder of the account being placed, and located within the United States. Contingent fee percentages are based on the age of the account as of the date of placement. For purpose of determining the age of delinquency, the last date of sale or service is used.

Secondary Placements

Secondary placements are defined as accounts that have been placed with one collection agency by Client or any prior holder of the account being placed prior to placement with UDCs.
